Are you driven by "making stuff happen"? Are you used with implementing and working with processes but still having a passion to collaborate with people from many different teams?

We are looking for a business-oriented Sales Operations Manager to develop our sales operations. By working closely with the sales teams you will identify improvements in the ways we work, the tools we use and how we collaborate both within our own team but also with our partners and customers. In essence, you will be part of shaping a new and highly efficient global sales organization.

Responsibilities
- Implement a unified way of working
- Ensure that the sales process is used in a consistent way throughout our global sales organization.
- End-to-End Responsibility to provide sales performance reports and analysis - Own the end-to-end process of ensuring that all sales teams works in a consistent way with CRM systems and the sales pipeline, and compile
reports which are used in our forecasting process.
- Continuously improve our tools and way of working
- Implement new tools and ways of working to ensure higher accuracy in forecasting by working both with our own sales team and our extended channel network.
- Develop and Implement our On-Boarding Process
- Develop, implement and continuously improve our on-boarding process to
ensure that our sales talents understands and works with our sales process in
a consistent and efficient way to reach higher revenues with better control.
- Analyze, prepare and recommend incentive programs based on measurable goals
- Identify improvements in our salary models to maximize the value for both our sales talents but also for the company. Making sure that goals, both revenue and company objectives are incentivized.

- A committed and pragmatic person who thrives working with people and possesses a "whatever it takes" attitude - Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated success in sales operations, business operations, or similar role. - Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business
impact.
- Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights
through data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven
strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and IT.
